ASVG § 262a(1), second sentence (Art. 1 no. 33): The official text replaces “mit dem Höchstausmaß von 60,00 €” with “mit dem 60-fachen des im ersten Satz genannten Betrages”.

ASVG § 262a(3) (Art. 1 no. 34): The amount under subsection 1 is replaced from 1 January of each year, first from 1 January 2025, by the amount multiplied by the respective adjustment factor under § 108(6) and § 108a(1).

ASVG § 803(1) no. 2 (Art. 1 no. 61): This provision names 1 January 2025 for ASVG §§ 262a(1) and (3), and 286a(1) and (3).

Art. 1 no. 33 states: “Im § 262a Abs. 1 zweiter Satz wird der Ausdruck „mit dem Höchstausmaß von 60,00 €“ durch den Ausdruck „mit dem 60-fachen des im ersten Satz genannten Betrages“ ersetzt.”

Art. 1 no. 34 states: “An die Stelle des Betrages nach Abs. 1 tritt ab 1. Jänner eines jeden Jahres, erstmals ab 1. Jänner 2025, der unter Bedachtnahme auf § 108 Abs. 6 mit der jeweiligen Aufwertungszahl (§ 108a Abs. 1) vervielfachte Betrag.”

Art. 1 no. 61, ASVG § 803(1) no. 2, states: “mit 1. Jänner 2025 die §§ 262a Abs. 1 und 3 sowie 286a Abs. 1 und 3;”
